Sycolin Center - Leesburg

Sycolin Center is a 71/2 acre parcel located on the corner of Sycolin and Battlefield Parkway in Leesburg, Virginia. Close to the Greenway Parkway connecting Leesburg to Washington, Sycolin Center is located in the 4th fastest growing county in the nation.

Site work was begun in 2009 with the priority focused on providing for the integrity of the wetlands status by building a huge retaining wall. Battling the elements the site development team completed its work in early 2010 providing opportunity to begin construction.

Walgreen's was the first lease granted for Sycolin Center. Occupying approximately 15,000 square feet, Walgreens completed its construction and opened in August of 2010. Walgreen's purchased the property from Schupp Companies shortly after its opening.
